1. When can I expect my kit to arrive?
Your kit will arrive within 2-3 weeks of your purchase. They are hand made and not mass produced. You have to wait a couple of weeks, but it is far worth it in the end. I promise!
2. I do not have a pay pal account but I want to purchase from The Stitch Boss, what do I do?
It is very easy to create a pay pal account at www.paypal.com. However, if you choose not to do so our website takes all major credits as well. We can take United States postal money orders with your order mailed to the address below. Print your Order Form here. Louisiana residents add 8.5 % sales tax to your order.

3. Why do you not take personal checks?
It is much to hard to collect NSF fees from people whose checks are not appropriated. We prefer to keep business safe and simple for both the consumer and ourselves.
4. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, and pay pal via our website. We also accept cashierâ¬"s checks and United States money orders. No international money orders are accepted at this time. All international buyers must pay for their items online.
5. I am not happy with my kit, pattern, or books, how do I get a refund?
As long as kits have been unused you have 30 days to return your item for a refund. We do not pay for your shipping costs on return items but will give you a full refund, including shipping and taxes that were paid to us. All books and patterns may be returned to us within 30 days as long as they are in the mint condition they were when you received them. Evidence of having been read or merchandise that is returned damaged will not be refunded. There are no refunds on used book merchandise unless there was a mistake by us in a transaction. If you are not happy with your product and need to ask for a refund, please contact us as soon as possible.
